I loved mountain biking till I got plantar fasciitis. I can’t go distances like I use too. I would spend endless hours on my bike. Absolutely loved it and felt one with nature. It was great now not so long any more.

Santa Cruz anything...pivot as well. So many boutique brands out there today...really depends on what you're looking to ride and your location.

Got 21 miles in today, the trail conditions have stayed surprisingly good here in Michigan. Feels pretty wild getting to ride in December. I did some snow biking on tuesday

This bike has no suspension... but it does see a lot of off road riding!

How many have seen the new bicycle from Harley Davidson? I couldn't believe my eyes after formerly owning three of their motorcycles. They must really be hurting to be dabbling into bicycles. I'm mid 50s now so opted for more creature comfort

Everyone’s trying to get into the bike game. A few of my friends work at GM and GM made some E bikes. Ended up scrapping the project and selling the bikes to employees for pennies on the dollar. It’s big money though. Plenty of the bikes I see at the trail are worth more than my car, lots of people trying to jump in and get of piece of the pie. The original harleys were essentially modified bicycles so it seems they’ve come full circle lol

I installed clear film on these e-bikes.

The Bianchi is $8000 Cdn
The Specialized is $17000 Cdn

Insanity, but for these guys who were former athletes now with heart conditions, it gives them a way to stay outside.

I'm not an e-bike fan.
But they look less like e-bikes the more you pay it seems.....

I use the mobility scooter to chase down the old ladies on their scooters in the aisles at Walmart.

What's the psychology behind making them look less like ebikes and more like human powered ones? Sorry, hot button issue with me. Don't get me started on the clear film.

That bike above is the Salsa Beargrease Carbon with 4 inch wide tires. Its full carbon to include upgraded wheel set. The new 2021 Beargreases just came out and I am interested in buying their TOTL Beargrease and taking it to The Emerald Isle when we get to leave... I have 2 fat bikes with the other one being the Trek Farley but it has a steel frame and quite a boat anchor..

I looked at the KHS 4 seasons and was unimpressed, but that’s my only decent option that I’ve found in stock. The beargrease in its lower spec is at the top of my budget but there’s not much available in small/medium. And fatbikes are too new/hot to really snag a deal on so I will likely end up running studded tires this winter unless one of the local bike shops gives me a call with someone trading theirs in.

So far so good out here this year though. A week of clear trails ahead allegedly. I don’t have any intentions on stopping this winter, just need to figure out what the best ride is for the conditions.

I only have a cheap set of flats on it in the picture I just took as I was letting my 9 year old grandson ride it around the property because he would not be able to Clip into my Crank Brothers Titanium Egg Beaters and sometimes I find it difficult too....

Revisiting an old thread here! These may have been mentioned at some point, but for those who are not aware of them, just received my Seasucker Mini Bomber enabling me to take the bikes on my S5 rather than having to use the van all the time. Brilliant bit of kit!

I bought a seasucker monkey bars to use on my mustang, then decided I’d just rather permanently mount a Thule aero bar, only to find out they don’t have a fit kit for my car after reselling the Seasucker. So now back to the seasucker and all new bike/kayak mounts for me... didn’t want to fork out this much money but no way around it now, unless I get a new car lol

They actually have some really good offers on at the moment if anyone is in the market for one, unfortunately import taxes to the UK would have wiped out much of the discount from their website. Luckily i found the mini bomber for £340 (rrp £460) from demon tweeks
