Icon5 GMT Master II 126711 CHNR Jubilee?

Hi All

Last year I was able to purchase a root beer with the Oyster bracelet, but I would love to swap the existing bracelet to a jubilee one. Does anyone know if this is technically possible without drilling or adjusting the existing wholes? Has anyone done this?

Thank you
Alen

My understanding is that if the GMT Master was bought on or after the date that both bracelet options became available, you can buy the other bracelet as a spare, not a replacement.

I am presently waiting for this confirmation on a SS BLRO.

The root beer currently only comes on an oyster bracelet so technically i would be buying it as a replacement. This is ok, I would source one somehow but the question still remains if it is possible to just swap it due to while that the pins go into, meaning are the drilled wholes in the same exact place?

I believe the only TT Jubilee that would fit the CHNR is the 63601 from the Datejust 36 (ref: 116231)
(Bracelet looks like - Page 18 within the link) https://minus4plus6.com/pdf/bracelets.pdf?dl=1

I did ask when I was offered the CHNR two years ago and was quoted $5000CDN for it.

It might be tough to obtain as you have to provide the AD with the serial from the 116231.

If it were my watch I would never consider changing from the two tone oyster to a stainless jubilee. The bracelet complements the overall look of the watch.
But that's just me.

I'm talking bollocks. I thought the CHNR was available on Jubilee. Sorry.

Why stainless? Two tone jubilee would work very nice IMO

Found this via google

Might be easier to buy a 36mm TT RG datejust with jubilee and switch bracelets

My Plan is to swap the two tone oyster to a two tone jubilee. I also think it would be horrible to actually use a stainless steel bracelet. IMG_1150.JPG

Thank you all for your input, I visited an AD and they said they would not sell it to me as Rolex would not allow them to do so. So my options now are either try to find a TT Jubilee bracelet on the grey market or wait until there is a GMT Root Beer on Jubilee and buy the bracelet.
