To say I'm excited would be an understatement. As a licensed Professional Engineer a Milgauss Z Blue has been a goal of mine for many years. I put myself on "the list" in anticipation of my 40th birthday. I missed my 40th Birthday (last summer) and sweated through two watches and wonders hoping the watch wasnt discontinued.

I am scheduled to pick it up at the open tomorrow morning. Pics will come then.

Box and papers bRo!
Worth the wait! Congrats!!!

Sorry everyone, very busy day today. The AD opened at 10am, I am 25 min away and had to be back at my desk for a teams meeting at 11 so I paid via CC at 930am before leaving my home.

My sales associate was waiting for me at the Rolex display with the white gloves. The watch was beautiful. It wasn't too big, it wasn't too thick, it wasn't too green or too blue. I honestly had zero reservations about it at first glance.

As we worked out the sizing I noticed a case full of exhibition pieces. They even had a Milguass lol. A lot of the new 2022 pieces. The SA said they aren't even taking any names anymore for new interest in any Rolex pieces.

Anyway, we wrapped up. I got the watch, and its fantastic. It was well worth the wait for getting one at msrp. I even got the beige shipping box lol.

Beautiful!!! Love how the dial changes colors when the green sapphire and the blue blend together in certain lighting conditions. This is probably the most underrated watch in the Rolex line up. Can you imagine if a Daytona had a blue dial and green crystal. People would be going crazy!!

Part of the joy of this hobby is actually the waiting process. I'm sure these 469 days have been arduously long, however, now you can look back at the journey you took as you waited.

Congratulations and wear it in good health!

I tend to agree. I wanted to pay msrp, i knew i had to wait. I didnt waste energy/time calling/visiting different AD's throughout the time.

I checked in with my Sales rep at least once a qtr. She said 12-18 months when i first expressed interest, she was right on the money. These AD's know what they get and know how long it will take roughly.
