The only thing driving watch prices in my view is hope and prayer, but perhaps less likely influences like global geopolitical and economic events are at play.

Lets see, excessively low interest rates for a serious amount of time, bunch of stimulus dollars sent out (even better to drive prices back up if those stimulus dollars are sent to folks that don't need it) and companies that continue to buy back stocks rather than invest in the company, lower prices, or folks that work there, and more QE policies, and excessive hype on the internet creating FOMO for people. I think that's about it.

The watches there are of great quality. Watches like the one in the photo are seen from time to time. But the condition is reflected on the asking price. So I think it’s unfair to say it’s typical. No offence.

Either some Russian/East Bloc dealer, or no papers, no box, obviously worn/refinished, or something... After commenting on three postings and asking "the tough" questions ... I was removed from the group.. Moda is not the watch market... it's a watch flea market. No offense. |

I agree fully. Moda seems like a land mine. Good luck getting made whole if you buy there and find out a year later it’s a stolen watch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
