Congratulations. Sounds like you've built up one of these "relationship" things that people keep going on about.

If I was and SA and tried my best to deliver a watch and was faced with that stupid question, I'd probably never sell another "in demand" watch to that ingrate.

To ask for a discount on a Daytona is a bit tone-deaf and (IMO) an insult to the dealer.

Again, these are just my opinions. I'm not asking anyone to agree. And I realize I may get flamed for this comment. Fire away.

I have to say I totally agree, I was so made up and totally stoked that I didn't even bother with asking for any discount etc. The SA had delivered my perfect watch. So happy that I have arranged a nice gift for her and the team to be delivered tomorrow.

I can't thank them enough, it's also nice to be nice. thats my way of treating people and generally it's reciprocated.

My collection has only grown by being genuine and the only reason I have the allocation is due to the SA who fought my corner.
