All for it, OP, if it makes u happy . It would bother me to no end, though. Like a painting that’s hung askew…

dial layout for 116333 and 126333 is different - mine is a 116333.

Each to our own.

For what it's worth, I like error dials, thus I will keep mine and NEVER allow Rolex to touch it, as they will replace the dial and it'll kill the watch for me.

As far as Explorer dials, I never understood double 3 or double 9s, as anyone at any time can make this dial by replacing applied markers. In the case of this Wimbledon, this error can only be made by the factory.

Could the dial be spun? Maybe it was serviced and not put together correctly?

I, personally, would want that fixed, if I bought the watch new and if I were to notice that before I plunked down the money, I would move on.

However, since you did notice it and and you liked it enough purchase it, I say more power to you.

I would note that absolute perfection is not mandatory for me to purchase a watch, but I think that particular error would bother me.

Agree. I buy Rolex for the perfection of design/execution of that design. Even if this watch is real I wouldn’t touch it with a 10’ pole..

I wouldn’t wear that if the chapter ring was perfect.

I have one with a correct dial but a triple 888 serial number.

Waiting for a Chinese billionaire to make me an offer I can’t refuse.

It’s a weird purchase. I would probably just buy a perfect version vs an error dial that will never be remembered. This is the first I’m hearing of a drunk dial. Sounds like another seller ploy to pull in a buyer, which they did.

I would be suspicious that dial is aftermarket

Look how thin the print is on the white letters, especially the word Datejust

Also the green numerals should be really thick & stand off the dial

Heres a pic of my dial for comparison

" swiss made " - in wrong location . No crown between swiss & made etc

I'd have this watch checked out thoroughly
