Back in the early days of the Pelagos when this happened Tudor took care of it immediately. Like another poster said when it happened to mine two days after purchase I took it back to the AD and they simply gave me a new watch. I see pips fall out of Rolexes too. Shizzle happens. Perfection in manufacturing is impossible but good service isn’t.

My lumed marker went missing. I brought it to RSC and they’re replacing the bezel under warranty.
