Thickness doesn’t matter here as no date and no GMT function.

It will have the same thickness as the lovely Pelagos FXD. Considering it has 200m WR of the FXD (not the 500m of the OG Pelagos), and doesn’t have a HEV, it will be slim.

There’s always the black bay 58 for £500 less but it’s not Ti. 39mm is a great size in the wrist though

Looks like a winner. When is that clasp coming to the rest of the BlackBay lineup?

I love it - 39mm, 11.8mm thick, no date, black. What more could you need? Great release by Tudor.

Home run for Tudor. Black, perfect size, no fake patina, no date, square plots, thin, adjustable clasp, red text and two straps.

Pretty much perfect. I didn’t suspect I’d wear it much so will pass but I don’t see much room to complain here. Grade 5 would have been nice but not a dealbreaker. I’m also a bit tired of red text but it’s a Rolex thing I get it.

Without the original's step dial, something is missing in the 39mm version, but size and specs are awesome.

Black Sunray finish rather than Matt Black! Seems like a winner all around

Would love to know the Lug to Lug

Despite the larger version having been around for some time, it had never occurred to me before just how much better the snowflake hands look with the square hour markers.

I'd previously considered them moderately unattractive, but now see they were merely mismatched.
