Yes, that is normal. Change hands on next service and the watch if fine again.

Not normal in by book. Have a 30 year old DD that looks perfect and goes swimming with me. Every year i get pressure tested. Last service was done 10 years ago and the hands didn't need replacing. Im not expert but you have moisture in your watch.
