Servicing cost

On the patek website, there are indicative prices for servicing complications up to perpetual calendar chrono but above that it is all by request. Just wondering if anyone has experience servicing their split sec chrono, split sec chrono perpetual calendar or minute repeaters, what are the estimates for the servicing cost?

Also, what is the recommended service interval for patek watches and do you usually stick the intervals or stretch it out abit? Will extending the service interval increase the service cost?
