New incoming - SO excited!

Good morning!

My wife and I are about to be truly blessed with the availability of two new PP pieces, being shipped from our favorite AD, as I write this! Took a little effort to decide to sink this kind of cash into our collection, but it was an opportunity too good to pass. And, while we love our Rolex family, we both know that PP is on another plane.

I’m enchanted with the dial and complications of the new 5205G-013, and was waiting for this for a few years. (Couldn’t bring myself to buy the gray dial version, even though it’s been available on Chrono24 for $15k less than MSRP). So I’m looking forward to getting the blue -013!!

My wife asked if we could pull a “his and hers“ into our home, and our precious AD offered me the 7118/1200R-001 !! While I know it’s not a 5711, I don’t think these are very readily available either, so we didn’t hesitate!

Can’t wait to sport these two beauties together, and snap some wrist shots!!
(I’ll put a couple of stock pictures on the bottom of this, just for the drool-factor).

And, looking forward to more interaction on this thread. (While I own a 5111-RG, I’ve never felt worthy, seeing the kind of collections like in this thread! Thanks, all!

Congrats! But looking at your signature, I would think the Explorer 2 1655 would still be the crown jewel for me. Enjoy the new watches!

Love you guys already!

Yeah, I may someday sell the 5512, 5513, or 1665, .... but I’ll alway be stunned by wearing the 1655! It’s a Mark2 (not a straight hand), but SO clean! Even Jacek commented that it was one the nicest he’s seen, and that... is high praise! ;-)
Thanks for the kind words, amigo!

Congrats!

I think the picture shown for your wife is 7118/1200A-001 (SS), actually if it is 7118/1200R-010 (rose gold) that even better but at the higher price.

Oh my goodness… You’re absolutely right! My bad!

We were looking at the rose gold 1200R as well, but when ultimately offered the SS, decided to go for that. Getting the 1200A.
Besides, my wife says it will better complement my watch, since they’re both “silver toned”.

(I guess, so is her 116506, but I’d hardly call it “silver “!)

Big thank you to all of you above!l.

Patek certainly makes some drop-dead, knock-out, pieces!
It’s hard to choose from amongst them, as to which is most beautiful. Incredible complications, the sleek sport watches, and even the most basic Calatrava, all maintain an elegance that translates across the marque.
We’re so excited to add this to our watch lives!

I’ll be back to this thread in a couple weeks, when we pick them up and bring them home - kinda long story as to the timing, but it’s all good...

I think both of you got a great deal. I would love to get a similar deal like yours.

Could I be able to purchase online from your AD?

Thanks in advance for your info.

Yes, we were offered an AMAZING opportunity, ... and after we had to really weigh the finances for an evening, we decided to pull the trigger.
Glad we did, ‘cause these things don’t come up that often.

And answer your question… suuuure you can order them online from the AD!!
In fact, I think they’re going to be opening a drive-through for the pick-up window, right down the street from the dispensary. Stop at both! Fulfill your dreams!

(On-line.... don’t we wish?!)

Seriously?? The same two??
Unless you have a large PP collection, that’s pretty damn coincidental!!
Tell us more of your story!!
(And, after you post 7 more posts, you can upload pictures.)
