My grail watch is a 16570 Polar. I am looking for one that is worn and shows it, but not beat up. Preferably serviced in the last few years. Box and papers make no difference to me. I am buying this as a tool watch. I wear my watches 24/7 and a little character is just fine with me. And I have an 8.5" wrist. :)

I'm sure I'll find one eventually. I'm in no hurry and have patience.

Don't forget to buy the seller first, then buy the watch.

Good luck and welcome

as I quoted before - you need to be careful about who you buy from. There are trusted sellers on this forum (Such as DavidSW, Ocwatchguy and many more) who will always stand behind their product (i.e. you won't get scammed).

Writing to a member just joining the forum, with one post, looking to buy their watch is usually a less-than bright idea

So as I wait for my grail watch to become available, I look at my Seiko SUN025 on my wrist and admire it because it looks so similar to the 16570 Polar and is the only other GMT watch I am aware of that has a jumping hour hand like the Rolex GMTs. A great watch, but sadly not an Explorer II Polar. :)

The Polar Rolex is one of my wishes not fulfilled with the brand. I would also like to have one soon but before the Deep Sea to complete the triad of modern divers (SubC, SD43 and DSSD) . Good choice and luck.
