Tudor 79090 submariner

I know corona is taking the world into recession and people are getting rid of their watches like crazy. Someone is offering me their Tudor sub 79090 naked from 1992 for 4K usd. I was wondering if it’s a good price and worth it at this time?

Naked means watch only deal? Without the box and paper?

The blue 79090 is asking higher price than the black one. For black dial watch only deal, 4K seems like good deal assuming everything is correct and comes with bracelet. If blue dial I’d say buy it.

I've noticed watches have ballooned in the past even year, and now with covid-19 they're dropping back to 1-2 years ago pricing. Im sad I was in the market for such watches 5 years ago - boy the deals back then!

That being said - yes would love to see some pics - one of these Tudor Subs is on my wishlist!
