I got this allegedly genuine flat 4 16600 Sea Dweller insert recently from a reputable seller on the Bay with 11K sales and all positive feedback for the year. He sells mostly Rolex and other high end watch parts.
It just looks to good to be true. The price was fair and comparable to a genuine 16610 insert, you very rarely see these and in such good condition thats why I ask.

His description:
1990 Rolex 93160 Sea Dweller 16600 16800 16808 16613 Model Watch Bezel Insert

Rolex Sea Dweller Bezel is in Good condition 36.45mm OD and 29.9 ID

It has very minor scratches. Don't miss out!

Looks good to me, Look at the hook on the two as well, not just the four that tells the story...

Yep and the top and bottom of the 1 in 10, I also compared it to the many flat four inserts on HQ Milton and one was dead on, they are definitely not all the same. Though the back dosent look like my 16610 insert

The so called flat four font was used many times over the past 40 odd years on subs and SD and nothing special and genuine black inserts now around $75.When the 16610 LV was first launched way back in 2003 all Sub dates and SD bezel inserts then were all flat four fonts in that time frame cost then for the black insert around $45.

I don't have any to compare with in my box. My Mkii and mkiii have a little lip on the back side so the back is different.
