Ah this one is easy. I always wake up at 6 in the morning so I just set my watch to 6am when I wake up. This works right????

Gave all this time check stuff many many years ago,just check mine once a month now my life is not run to the exact second.Normally check my mechanical watches against my old now retired trusty friend a Citizen Aqualand 11 diving watch thats within a few seconds a month..

USNO without a doubt.

It exists because the US military needed exact time for the GPS system. If it's not right, then the troops don't have accurate location info.

As an air traffic controller I use the GMT clocks that originate at NORAD and are piped into my radar scope. Considering I base the separation of aircraft on this system I can say it's pretty spot on.
