1974 Airking Precision 5500

Hi Guys,
I was recently given by Dad his old Airking - ive alway like this watch but it had a replacement strap and he generally didnt look after it. I have poured hours into the exact bracelet i need and need someone who KNOWs to confirm:

the orginal would be a 7835 with 257 ends?
can work with 78350 with 557 end links? but i stupid inpatiantly bought a bracelet with 557 and they show the top part of the watch - and i think the bracelet is not all geniune

can some advise me ..many thanks
