I don't know about the 42 but FWIW my 44.5 is 93 grams

I've always loved the looks of this watch, but I feel like it will be too thick like most newer Omega divers (absent the new SMP 300m).

Yes it is a tad thicker then most watches but doesn't wear as one I guess due to the weight.
