Nobody can guarantee that registering your watch here will help recover it if it goes missing, but it can't hurt and it doesn't cost. Just another layer of defense. Also a good reference to check reported lost/stolen watches when considering buying.

Would it show serial #s? I wouldnt like that... lets say somebody hacks the system they can have tons of fakes going around with real serial numbers
