Absolutely stunning, Seiko absolutely kills it with their dials these days.
Ive already got 4 turtles, this is so nice i'll have to buy it too lol.
Theres everything to like about these and the price is a no brainer, these are the types of watches that put the fun back into collecting.

Will there be JDM and international models with different ref numbers?

I would think so, Adam. I have the Seiko 2018 catalogue and this watch is targeted for the July release ( not June as earlier stated. My bad).

Also according to Seiko AD, some models are released overseas markets first, prior to that of Japan’s.
The turtle PADI for example was released last year in the US but only last month in Japan w different reference numbers.

Thanks Tim, I actually also have that catalog, too. I picked it up last month in Nagasaki when I purchased my SBDY015, but forgot that this one was also in there

Thank you. I liked Nagasaki; quite a bit to see and do, and the folks were a little rough around the edges (in a good way) compared to most other parts of the country I've visited.

Anyone know what wrist size the watch (and rubber strap) will fit roughly?

Anyone had experience of the newer seiko rubber straps?

Just ordered one off of seikousa. Less than $500 seems like a steal for this watch

SRPC91 arrived yesterday... My GMT and Pelagos are cowering in the corner as this one is going to get LOTS of wrist time!

PS: The price of this beauty is less than what one would pay for a few Rolex bracelet link replacements...

Congrats and great shots!! It's a beauty isn't it? My GMT too has suffered wrist time. I've kept rotating because I need the second time zone but I've resorted to maths to keep the SRPC91 on!

It's such an honest watch and punches well above its weight.

Cool looking dial, the texture seems to remind me about Rolex for some reason...The colour graduation definitely reminds me of the Deep-Sea.

Interesting implementation of the black crown to match the colour graduation of the dial.

Turtles are always great value and fun..just a fun watch

I do really like mine, I picked it up in Japan in January. The only issue I have is that the metal keeper doesn't stay put and the excess straps pops out all the time!

Two fixes for this. Remove metal keeper and use a rubber one. Or line the inside of the metal keeper with some felt. It will keep it from sliding out.

Thanks for that, two good ideas. I was thinking of putting it on a bracelet as I like them best, but I'll try your ideas first! Or a nato!

Uncle Seiko makes a nice shorter rubber strap....I just got it and love it!

I like my SRPC91, but just got a black one and think I'll be parting with the blue one. It is nice and very interesting. I like the turtles and find them very comfortable.
