Need advice on Breguet Pocket Watch 4664

First of all, as a lurker, many thanks for all of the advice I have received on this forum, it is much appreciated!

If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would be thankful. I am trying, to no avail, to find out more about the watch pictured below. Specifically, I'd like to know it's vintage and approximate value.

I know nothing about vintage Breguet pocket watches
beyond they are one of the most faked vintage pocket watches out there
In no way am I saying yours is not authentic just there are many fakes out there.

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks so much, pretty sure it's the genuine article (but one never knows :) - but no April Fools Joke here! ). I do hope to find some good advice here.

Are there any other forum sources you can recommend?
