Titanium/Steel.....
I am interested in purchasing a PAM 161/171 but can't find them anywhere! I also noticed that most PAM owners have the leather straps. Why is this? If anyone owns a metal braclet, please post pic. Thanks!!!

I had the oppertunity to try on a 161 a while back. (Probably what got me to start thinking Pam) It is an amazing watch and the bracelet is perhaps one of the most comfortable I've ever seen (pricey though)

To me... Swapping out the band is a major part of the allure... Did I just say that? Anyway, I have enough metal bracelets in my collection...I actually want lealther or other material - unless, I can get White Gold or Platinum in the future...

I think PAMs just belong on leather. They look good on a bracelet, but they don't like right, to me.

The two-tone brushed Ti + polished steel bracelets do look very cool, but I find aesthetically that the straps look better to me and accentuate the shape of the watch more. You can also go crazy and have a lot of fun changing straps.

I actually prefer the old style bracelet and very rarely change straps.

IMHO the old style bracelet is unbeatable. Out of 20 PAMs the 236 above gets by far the most wrist time. It to me works exceptionally well with the bracelet. The bracelet is unique however, I do not care much for the new style. I hate to say it but i am just not into the strap thing. I typically ask for a free strap with each watch but have only changed two.
