Well as you know perpetuel calendar watches are considered as grande complication series in Patek and in entire current grande complication collection there is no single steel watch so I find it very unlikely personaly...

Well that reference number does not say at all :) 5 is common for all nautilus. If it is the first version white gold bracelet model /1G-001 is also standard :)

Exactly, it’s not going to happen in steel. We’d have more chance of seeing, well, a unicorn.

Thanks you everyone's input. We have one more day to find out. I still bet on a Nautilus stainless steel perpetual calendar because I believe a true Nautilus should NOT be in PM especially it is the first version of the series. just my two cents.
