Icon19 1347, 1348, 1349 - new 45 mm Rads

Nice to see new Radiomirs with a 45 mm size and 8 day movements. Even the aged case finishing looks nice with these dial colors…. The pricing remains a bit ambitious, IMHO. Especially the 20% surcharge for a Cali dial….

Went to the Panerai Gallery at Tysons and saw each of these. The brushed surface is interesting. It's not bad but I don't know if I am sold on the faux-tina-ish look. The dials on the other hand are fantastic. The fading and depth are so nice.

The dials are superb. I think these are the first new Panerai that I’ve actually clicked a link on! I’d like to take a closer look at the cases. Now, if I could swap the dials & hands on my 210........

I am curious to the durability of "e steel." Because it's recycled metal, it could just be pot steel or old leaf spring steel. Are any knife makers or metallurgists on the forum?

My AD has had most of these run through inventory and they are not staying in the case long. I also think the pricing is ambitious for me but they are selling at msrp with no discount according to my AD. I watched a younger collector buy one the other day, his first Panerai, and his excitement was nice to see. I own the 992 which has the 8 day movement and blued hands and checks this box for me. As time passes and these models start to make it onto the pre-owned market I might consider a purchase.

Picked up a 1348 the other day. My first PAM! Loving it so far. It was a tough decision between this and the 1347. I also tried on a 1350 which was very nice as well.

I think they look great. I decided to purchase a 914, but it was a tough decision.

Congrats. I’m torn between both dials.
May I ask why you chose the blue?

Tried all three watches at boutique last week. A great size at 45mm and the cali dial is the most attractive one. Would've already pulled my trigger on the cali dial if the retail price wasn't this overly aggressive.

If they put a Tropical Cali Dial (931 Dial) in that aged case, I will give them all my money...
