I wouldn’t service it as it’s still within COSC. I recently took my 2005 114270 to RSC as it’s consistently +7.5 secs/day, and they actually said it’s not a big deal if I can live with the time. They said everything else looked fine, and recommended that if it gets worse either way, then service it. It has stayed consistent and I am not too bothered by it.

If the date changes at midnight, I would leave it alone. The closer the minute hand gets to 2 or 3 before it changes, I would get it serviced.

I would leave it be and wait until it truly needs a service.

It’s operating within COSC what more do you want?
I’d leave it be, maybe it’ll speed up |

My 14060 has never run much better than +4/day and usually +5, and it was last serviced in 2013. If it ever gets to +8 it will go to the RSC.

Keep charting and that's it.
Mine started "slowing" after 5 years. It's actually more accurate now (+2@ 9 years) |

I go by the philosophy "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I've had my Y-serial GMT since 2003 and have never had it serviced. It still runs like a top.

Don't you feel like it's time? Many watchmakers would say your lubricants in the movement are likely used up and pivot points are dry and wearing themselves out. For myself, 8 years is max before I send it in to the spa.
