Vintage Omega Seamaster Identification

Hi all

I have my Grandfather's old watch. It's an Omega Seamaster Automatic Chronometer. It is gold and not gold-plated.

I recently got it serviced and the plexi replaced. I have the original still, and as you can tell it's a little beat up.

Can anyone help me identify it. Thanks in advance.
