Omega Planet Ocean - Bezel Click Spring - Help!

Morning guys - I need your help!

I recently bought a PO 42mm (non-ceramic) & the bezel spins freely as the click spring / ratchet has broken.

I spoke to Omega & they've said that they will only replace the entire bezel & not just the click spring, costing around £250. My bezel is in great condition, but I need a new click spring - can any one help me who has a spare or has recently had their bezel replaced & has the returned spare parts?

Photos attached & many thanks in advance,
Stuart

You can try with Ofrei to see if they have the correct click spring for your model.

Thank you for the reply. My case number is 168.1653 but it doesn't look as though they have one available for my watch.

I think my best option is to see if anyone has had their bezel replaced & has a used click spring that is still in working order.

Anyone help?

Are you sure they don't have one? I know I have bought the 44mm version several times. Also doesn't cousins UK carry them as well?

Just checked they have it, ome-129St0510, this is for the 42mm case but bezel is 40mm. Just confirm model numbers on the site. Looks like $15

May want to check again. I purchased a 42mm click spring for a 2500 PO a few years ago from O Frei.
