Should I pull the trigger on Calibre de Cartier

I got a shot at buying reference W7100016 stainless bracelet at 5k, its in excellent condition, box and manual but no warranty card. I think its a great looking piece. I know Cartier is a great brand but never owning one, Im a bit hesitant. Has anybody had experience with this model? thanks

I have the white dial one. It is a beautiful watch, and the dial size (42mm) is just right for my taste.

Got the calibre with black dial on croco strap. Watch is awesome! Highly recommend it.

Have a sub 114060 besides it, totally different watch though.
The calibre is also still a bit sporty, and I like that about it.

I think the finishing should be better on the movement but the watch is attractive.
