There are thousands possible millions of manual wind watches in this world with screw down crowns. And even some from China like Alpha with the Seagull ST19 manual wind chronograph.I bought two of these way back in 2006 and have been worn regular almost daily and mostly abused by my two Grandsons. Yet they have screw down crowns and get wound up almost daily and both of these watches are still perfect except for scratches and keeping very good time cost of watches then way under $100.
