Help in identifying a vintage Gold Rolex
Hi all, I hope I am not breaking any rules.
I have a small collection of mainly sports Rolexes and a good friend of mine came to me with the attached watch which was in his grandfathers loft.
The grandfather had lived in Indonesia for a large part of his life (not sure if that matters)

Anyway I would appreciate some advice on model number, age as I have never seen one like this.
