Do you believe in monsters?

I do. Especially black ones

My SKX779K Black Monster arrived this morning. After removing a couple of links it now fits perfectly and feels great. Thanks to everyone who recommended it . Here are some photos of my newest addition.

Thanks Joji I'm really pleased with it. I even find the fact that you can't wind it from the crown a plus...all I have to do is give it a little shake sideways and it's all wound up, perfect!

Cheers JJ,

I've been looking for a nice daily beater that won't draw too much attention from my brand conscious students and this really fits the bill. It sit very comfortably and as you said, it's very solid.

That's the only band I have for mine. I bought it with that on purpose, due to my work conditions (when I WAS working, of course), and never bothered to get the metal bracelet for it. Love the Monster!!!

BIG.....BIG CONGRATS RYAN.

Those pics are amazing!!!!

Maybe i am crazy ....but i get as much enjoyment wearing my Black Monster as i do my more illustrious watches....and that feeling has not faded over time!!!!!

It may well be the best $180 i ever spent!

I was looking at my dial today whilst waiting at Manila airport. The detail of the recessed hour markers and the raised minute markers give it an almost 3D impression. The dial clarity still amazes me to this day.The quality of the rotation of the 120 click bezel is fantastic.

A_M_A_Z_I_N_G

Enjoy it in good health my friend.

I was very close and then I saw the Marathon SAR thread, now I'm on the fence about which one to get next. At the moment I'm leaning towards the Marathon SAR just because it might be my last chance to get one.

I know how you feel. This is now officially my class watch. If I'm in class, I'm wearing this watch.

Ryan, i'll preferred the BM in rubber straps (just like yours in the photos) imo it matches the black dial perfectly and look more sporty

PS. Yeah, i have ordered mine! Thanks guys!!

Monster goes well with all types of bracelets and straps.
Enjoy the options.

I bought mine on the bracelet and bought the strap after. I wanted both and it was cheaper this way. I also wear it on a few different color Nato's.

I'm thinking of getting a silicone rubber strap for it. It might be a little softer than the OEM rubber one
