My Red 1680 with Black Toshi Stap (Red Stitching)
Hi Guys
Thought I would try a chunky Toshi Strap on my 1680. It may not be to everyone taste but I kind of like it. Gives the watch a different look and feel.

Nice one mate!!
This gives the watch a totally different look! I think Steve will be along shortly to comment, I'm sure this is inspired by his red one?

His custom osterich strap on a deployment is very nice. I have built one on the ABP website to my specs. I havent pulled the trigger in case I didnt like the leather on my Sub. The Toshi was a trial run and a lot less expensive. So far so good.

Rich / Toshis straps are amazing - I've got a black and cream one for my Sub / Speedy and a black and cream and an almond and white one for my Habring.
Your Sub looks great with the red stitching. |

Thanks Guys, its always tempting to change things on a classsic and end up making a mistake. This one is a keeper
I agree, I have a had a few Toshi's over the years but never on a Rolex. I was concerned that the Toshi would only suit the bigger sized cases (Panerai, Omega and Breitling) but I think it works just

Thanks Gabriel
Toshi's are not too expensive, however ABP do a higher end custom strap service. Steve (Diamond Jack) pointed me in their direction after he purchased an ABP for his Sub. Turnaround is around 3-4 weeks. I can PM the links if you want . Looking forward to seeing some wrist shots of your red
