It is a great watch. It is not for everyone however. I don't know if I would have it as my only watch, but as part of a collection it fits perfect.

Per the conversation we had yesterday, THIS is the pair you need!!!

Hulk is my daily as well, I haven't worn any of my other watches since getting the Hulk in January.

Tough to resist! Just think how great it would be paired with the Daytona.

I have a vintage sub and a BLNR. I think the Hulk and Daytona would make a perfect Rolex foursome for me.

I've been strangely drawn to this watch lately. I'm planning on the new Explorer for my next watch/first Rolex but this one has me reconsidering.

Probably going against the grain here but I would take any Sub over any Daytona. That's simply my personal preference so I say go for it.

I thought the same. Until I tried it on...
But can only afford one at the moment, so probably wait for the Daytona.

Yeah it's a very difficult piece to photograph......all owners on the other hand will think the photos look great where as people that's never seen the watch in person may be turned off. In person, it truly is stunning and extremely versatile in different lights.

Like many have said before that dial is just beautiful. Only modern sub worth owning in my opinion...

I love it---also one of the only subs I find to be truly unique-looking. I just purchased one from on here, and it should be arriving tomorrow. What does Rolex use for the dial to give it (and other rolex, for that matter) the "sheen/iridescence?" Is it rhodium? I read on ABlogToWatch that they call it "green gold?"

like others have said, it's difficult to photograph. I personally hate most of the pictures I take of it, but on my wrist, there hasn't been a time where I haven't looked down and thought its beautiful.

Worst case scenario is that your wallet is lighter and your wrist heavier.
