Vintage women's Rolex

Hi all. Looking for a watch for my wife. I'd like to get her something from her birth year or around there (1983). Any ideas on what women's watches they made around then and the reference #'s? I've looked around online and it's harder to find info about the ladies Rolex models.

She's a smal woman so definitlwy looking for ladies size, not buying her a men'a watch (my GMT looks huge on her as does a 36mm Datejust or the like).

Did they make a Datejust 31mm with smooth bezel then?
