My halios seaforth watch
My Halios Seaforth released August 2018 has an ETA 2824-2 movement. I wonder what is the longevity of this watch. The rotating bezel is not smooth. I have to put more force to rotate the bezel. Bought it for $515 USD including shipping. I love the orange color. I can’t stand the bracelet.

I see that you have some Omega and Rolex in your collection. You are probably accustomed to the feel, fit and finish of those higher end watches. A $500 micro brand will never compare to a Rolex or an Omega, nor are they trying to. Enjoy it for what it is - a cool orange watch with a great utilitarian movement. Longevity? Only time will tell.

Bracelet should be easily changed and you could get the movement serviced anwhere at a decent price. Can’t comment on the dial’s performance but you should plenty of life out of that.
