DJ 41 vs OP39
If you have the opportunity to purchase either brand new from an AD which would you choose?

Seen the 3132 movement, this would be my pick.

DJ41. Only because of the options. Not because of the date.

Tough call, I love my OP39 but as a one and only I like the black dial DJ41, smooth bezel, oyster

OP39, because I prefer 36mm DJs versus 40 mm and I love the OP39’s white dial.

I have the white OP39 and it’s maybe my favorite watch. It’s so clean looking and very comfortable.

OP. Clean, symmetrical design. No cyclops.

The Cyclops is an ugly addition to any watch, not to mention a superfluous one. There's nothing cleaner or more classic, aesthetically and historically, as an OP. If the OP was $25k, and not the 'entry' Rolex, you'd see a lot more love for it on the forum (and there is some love here!)

I like the op’s brushed bracelet better if we’re comparing oyster models, but I’d take dj with jubilee over the others. So comfy!!

41mm too big for me, went for the OP 39mm white dial.....I like oyster bracelets but not with polished center links.

I have owned both and I still use my DJ41 for work because I need the date. My OP39 was a lot of fun and very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was sacrificed when I got my Sub. I hope to get another OP39 soon!

If as a second rolex then OP gets my vote . I have Sub Date and would pick up OP white as complimentary watch.
If only then DJ make more sense. In fact had white OP in wrist at AD in Hiroshima last year and as usual decided to have second thought. Came back hour later with credit card and watch was gone. Sent from my SM-N935F using Tapatalk |

For me it would be the OP39 with the white dial. I just love the simplistic look of that watch.
