2018 114060 won't start

I've wound it, I've shaken it a bit, but it just won't start. Going to take it back to the AD to see what's up since it's still under warranty but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this issue.

Funny that a week and a half after I buy my first Grand Seiko my trusty 114060 decides to no longer cooperate.

Out of curiosity, when you wind is it 40 full turns of the crown clockwise?

Is it the kick-start, or the electric start model..

Sorry to hear.. If it is fully wound and a quick shake, or couple of taps doesn't free things up to start it ticking, it may be a broken mainspring or something in the works has come loose.

Tell the Grand Seiko to apologize, I think the Rolex’s feelings are hurt

So I won't be able to take it into the AD until Monday but after work I just put it on and low and behold when I looked 10-15 minutes later it was running. So I go to set the time and when I set it, it would not start back up again. I tried winding it a full 40 turns and still nothing.
