Explorer on the range

This week we had range training and qualification. My Explorer 1 went with me and performed as well as my other equipment. This photo is after several qualification courses, adorned with the sweat that obscures the crystal temporarily.

Looking great! good thing you didn't post any other pics with the rest of your range gear. Wouldn't want to offend anyone with a picture of a G-word... ;)

Even though I only shoot pistols, I always take mine off before the range because I worry about the expended brass ricocheting off the stall wall and chipping the crystal. I usually only wear my G-shock.

True. I think many indoor LE ranges probably look fairly similar. This one is in Michigan.

If there was a brass ricochet issue with this range, I might worry about that as well. However, This is open bay shooting, so very little risk.
