SBGA469 limited edition vs SLGA007
If price wasn’t an issue - which one would you buy if you could only choose one?

SLGA007. I don’t want to miss out another watch with the collectibility potential of the Whirlpool. And besides that its dial is insane, movement is fantastic and PR is on the back.

SLGA007 and SBGH273. These two are the nicest blue dial GS in my opinion

I would have to choose the SBGA 469 because of the dial and the movement for me. Spring drive or quartz in a GS for me.

007 all the way. That dial is amazing. They put the PR indicator on the back. 5 day power reserve. The pleasant touches of gold on the dial and second hand. The 007 is fantastic

Although I prefer the dial of the SBGA469, I'd have to go SLGA007 as added power reserve and rear indicator are things I wish the SBGA469 also had. Then again when price is factored, the 007 is 70+% more...

Yep you are correct! I done a quick look up on line and it came up a high beat. (incorrect of course)
SLGA007 5 day, PR indicator in rear. My apologies and now change my vote to the SLGA007!

I voted with my wallet for the SBGA469. The dial texture on the SBGA469 is my favorite of all the GS dials, and it’s a little more understated than the SLGA007. I find the power reserve on the dial quirky yet charming. To me it's a signature element of the Spring Drive models. I also prefer the bigger case and longer lug to lug measurements of the SBGA469. I’m not crazy about the gold tones on the dial of the SLGA007 however it’s still a stunning watch.
I could not get a comfortable fit with the Series 9 case and bracelet (same as on the SLGA007) due to the way the end links and bracelet would immediately curve down on my wide wrist. I had a deposit for the SLGA007 but once I figured out that the White Birch couldn’t accommodate my wrist I knew it was time to get a refund on that. |

Although the 007 wins the war, the 469 wins the date window battle thanks to the lovely blue background matching the dial.

I pre-ordered the 469. The 007 dial is lovely, and the movement is impressive. However the price premium is high and I dislike the new hour hand and markers.

469, I am probably a bit biased but the indigo rock pattern dial, spring drive, 41mm case, it ticks all the boxes for me when it comes to GS.
