Seconds hand wobble

For lack of a better term, the seconds hand on my AK 116900 does a slight wobble when hacked. When adjusting the time the seconds hand will move slightly in the direction I'm turning. However, when I set time and push in crown the seconds hand is exactly how I hacked it. Does this matter? Watch has been on my wrist over two months and doing great. I don't take off. I tested the power reserve once and it was right on. Saying that, when I wind I don't feel much resistance as compared to my older AK with a 3000 caliber. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanx
