My Brit and Aussie TRFers, anyone watch “frayed?”

I watched all of season one on a flight from London to LAX; and became hooked. I have no idea why, it is a bizarre show, but I had to find out what happened. I signed up for HBO + simply to watch season two. I don’t know if it is broadcast on open channels in the UK and Australia, but if it is, I’d recommend watching. Anyway, since it is a British-Aussie production, is anyone in those lands a fan?

OK, saw this happening on the ABC (I think) and wondered if it was worth a watch.
Always looking for something different for Wife and I to watch in the early evening.
I can catch it on their streaming service so will give it a try. Thanks (I'll let you know how it goes down)

Hope you enjoy Rocky It is a very different type of sitcom, I guess consider that a warning, but I enjoy it very much.

Hi Paul, Wife and I just watched the first episode of "Frayed".
We had quite a few laughs. I think Samantha is going to find it challenging being back in Newcastle (not to mention the kids).
In fact, I would find it 'challenging' to live in Newcastle.
Thanks for the 'tip'.

I am very glad you enjoyed it The first season is pretty funny and without giving too much of the plot away you are correct, she has a lot of “challenges” bringing her to kids to live with her mom in Australia. Here is a teaser: The final episode, there is a real WTF!?!?!? Ending, that practically forces you to watch season two. I am in the middle of season two and am enjoying it even more.

Unfortunately, the whole week there was no internet at my house so I just downloaded all six episodes from http://tvshowtop.com/ using my internet at work, and the whole week we watched six episodes per day.

Sadly, there is only one season...
Season two is available (in the US anyway) on HBO plus, something like 10 dollars a month. I signed up just so I could watch the episodes. Season two will not disappoint, I actually found it much more suspenseful and intriguing then season 1. Anyway I encourage you to find season 2, you will enjoy it even more.

Yep, this show is a 'winner'.
I can't help but wonder what folks from other countries make of some of our Aussie 'Bogan' culture. I guess all countries have their Bogan sub-groups.
(Paul, I can't wait to see what Samantha/Simone does now that she knows her English Solicitor is a crook.)
