Tudor GMT S&G 41mm Questions

I would like any opinions on this watch. I've not seen it physically yet. The color combo is what attracts me as while I'm not ostentatious, preferring stainless steel, the Black on Gold is elegant IMO.
From a pricing perspective, it appears to offer great value coming in cheaper than a base 41mm OP (and 200m water resistance).

If this had to be compared to a modern or older Rolex which would it be ?

Is there a marked difference in finish, weight, movement between the Tudor and it's equivalent GMT Rolex ?

If anyone owns both brands I'd like some opinions on ownership experiences with Tudor.
