I own both and a sub, the one I enjoy the most is the Omega. If your wrist is small, get it on the rubber, the rubber now comes on a deployant as well.

Not even close... Omega. MUCH better movement, better finishing, better lume, ceramic bezel and THAT DIAL!!! Plus, no ugly snowflake hand!!!

Get it. You'll love it!

Omega. I own an older Seamaster and the original version of the Black Bay (burgundy bezel).

Husband bought a blk dial SM300 and returned it the next day for a Planet Ocean. He says the PO is better than any Rolex and he has and had many. The Seamaster bezel was extremely to impossible for him to use. And the bracelet with out a taper looked and felt off. It was just a bad purchase for him. It’s a shame because the watch itself looks so nice.

Recently he purchased the BB58 blue. Uses it as a daily. Wears it more than his smurf in fact. He loves that watch. He would tell you to get the Tudor over the SM. But would tell you to get the PO over the Tudor.

I don't care for the giant watches in general but the BB58 just felt to small to me when I tried it on. I've worn the same size watch before but it just didn't do it for me. I know lots of people love them, so definitely personal preference!

Omega for me by a huge margin, I like some Tudor models such as the Pelagos but this does nothing for me.

Factors like wrist size and/or budget will play a role in the decision making process. Some think Omega wears better but it fit.

Owner of a BB58 and an older generation SMP300. I'd say current generation Omega divers are more advanced/luxurious than the BB58 in many areas of comparison. That being said, the Omega is a very specific look and may not be as versatile (depending on your style). The BB58 is much more understated in looks, and thus might be more easy to fit into one's style, regardless of trends. Both are great value, but represent different types of value.

I own both and hardly wear the omega - a little too chunky for my 6.75 inch wrist- Tudor wears much better . So despite the higher quality of the omega, it’s the BB58 I prefer . Will prob sell/trade the seamaster at some point .
