Rolex price increase
Anyone know when the next Rolex price increase will be? I think the last one was around 2020?

Fair, but somewhere, every single year, Rolex has increased prices. Maybe not in Country A, but saying “Rolex increases prices annually” is true in a global sense, though a specific market may escape that increase. |

What you just said isn't the same as "they go up every year," because that was an unclear statement. If I didn't know better, I'd then expect the MSRP in USD to go up every year, which isn't the case.

Fine. You’re right. My revised answer is “nobody has any idea when Rolex increases prices, because it varies by market, time, and at the discretion of Rolex. Nobody (that I know of) on this forum can pinpoint with any degree of accuracy when such a price hike will take place nor the amount(s) of any increase(s), because any such guess is mere speculation.” |

I read somewhere that the average is 3% yr, even though there isn’t an actual increase every yr it averages out to 3%
I will see if I saved it and share it here. |

Average over the last say 20 years would be much more than 3% I would think, quite sure it is way over general inflation. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Best bet is to keep checking the currencies market. Cental banks purposefully reduce the value (devalue) their currency, and this is a sure sign of price increases to come when you go shopping for food, homes... and yes fine mechanical timepieces.

Having been around new Rolex for forty years the price increases along the way have always been above general inflation rates. It used to be said that RolexSA adjusted prices so they would be about the same worldwide, not sure if that is still followed.
In the US we had a long period with no increases, now it seems to be back to annually or close to it. Percentage of increase used to be the same across all models, now it seems to be more random. |
