Hi from Scotland

Hi everyone. Just purchased my first ever Rolex. It has been a week and so far, so good! Well worth the save. Enjoyed reading the forum as a non-member and have now joined.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the great welcome. Will put some pics on once I learn how to do it. Keep saving, it's worth it in the end.

Good morning everyone. If you are saving to buy your first rolex my advice is to keep going. Im like a kid at christmass right now. With nothing to save for you just tend to fritter the money away a little at a time and get left with nothing.

Here are two pics of the polishing I have done so far. I think the clasp looks a lot better as does the back. Hope the pics appear!

Enjoy you fine time piece Johny. I love the SS Sub, but when I saw the maxi dial and the ability to change bezel inserts... I was sold baby!

I think your pix works :) I used to date a scottish gal whose family is in Oban. We are still good friends and I've made lots of long lasting friendships. Love the Oban whiskey ! I'm scot/Irish and have family in both...

Talk about the save... I hear ya.
