Daytona c will be hard to source unless you are on the list. I would get two rolex.

Thanks everyone, the combo of AP/Daytona has been the clear winner!

What do you lose by waiting till the Overseas hits dealers to see it in person? Should be out in the next month or so…

Start with the 15202 or even a 15400. At the same time put down a deposit for the Daytona C and wait. And wait. Or just get the AP and go fishing for a vintage Zenith Daytona. That might be a more interesting combination than trying to buy a new Daytona.

And 3 Daytona's and on the list for the ceramic version as is every other TRF'er.
Don't know where the VCs rank in the watch world, but that one looks sweet.

I really like the new overseas. I think it's overpriced for what it is, but it appeals also because it's not the standard choice and a bit different from the usual 15202/5711 no-brainer choice... Touch decision

VC and AP are in the Holy Trinity with PP.
Rolex is not.

VC and AP

(I also like the Cartier Drive)

The daytona and 15202 is IMO the most perfect combination one can do. However it would be better if one was PM. Preferably the daytona.

I voted this way as well. I love the Daytona, and would love to have the ceramic. I just feel like the shine of the new model will wear off eventually and if you were asking like the older Daytona, it would easily be the AP and VC for me.

Obviously going with AP and VC one would be a different color, probably I'd go with like a slate dial overseas (or deep stream), and then the blue AP.
