Rolex 14270

Hi, I have Rolex Explorer 14270, year 1991, T-25 dial.
At night dial and hands are totaly invisibile.
Is this normal?

If I'm not mistaken, your markers are tritium which wear out after a certain amount of time. Both of my 16570 are tritium and are no longer visible at night.
