I brought my SubC there today for a light touch-up. Went for lunch and it was ready when I came back. All desk diving marks gone. The watch sold within an hour of me listing it - while it was getting barely any interest for weeks before the touch-up. Proof in the pudding for me that lightly polished pieces sell much easier. For my own watches I would say it depends on the scratches. So at first I would try to sell the watch unpolished....and see what happens. |

To polish or not
Maybe a different opinion, but I’d give it a once over with a cape cod cloth. It will get the worst out without grinding down the metal and give a nice initial optical impression for the new buyer.
