What would be the period-correct insert for my 1969 5513 please?

I would expect to see a mk2 long 5. I wouldn't be too worried if it had a mk3/mk1 either. Catalogues from Rolex show both types on Submariners from this era.

1976. Both watches are however late 60's as they are meters first.

Same as early mk3’s. It is just a worn printing pad making them mk1.
