Tudor Submariner Concerns

Hi All: I recently bought a Tudor 75090 (mid size) Sub and a few items have me concerned. Would appreciate comments on the enclosed pictures. My primary concern is the case body. The serial number seems from the 60's but the watch looks more recent. Also the case reference is 7020/0 between the lugs - which does not match the reference number on the insdie back of the screw back. Thoughts please?

the watch looks genuine to me, but as i know almost nothing about tudor watches, let some of the tudor experts here jump in and give you a more definative answer.

A Follow On Comment

Thanks for the replies. Much appreciated. I also thought it might be a day date case but my case has crown guards and a day date case does not.

I've never heard of a fake mid size Tudor sub and can't believe this is the first. I'm never first in anything! Has anyone seen a fake mid size?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi there, sorry that i had to revive an old thread but this was the only relevant thing i could find. I too have one 75090 with 7020/0 lugs. Case number 519,xxx. Initially though that it might be a franken day date case but it has crown guard on it. Does anyone have an idea if this is normal?
