Went back up the mountain this morning for a little bit of combat tourism. Here's a nice Afghan sunrise.

Made it to a fighting position in a matching tank top. I think the fighting positions on this mountain date back to the 80's during the Afghan/Russian war. Why do my pics keep turing sideways?

I never had that much fun climbing mountains in Afghanistan, mostly because I didn't have a Rolex at the time!

Stay safe and watch your six...

You are much braver than me wearing a rolex while rock climbing. I left mine at home when i took my kids to the rollerskating rink last night. I was afraid of falling and my band breaking and a bunch of kids skating over my sub. DoooHHH!

My most recent climb was tame by comparison. San Giovanni Fort in Montenegro. Didn't think to take a watch pic though.

Stay safe, dude.

Instead of climbing the mountain this morning, I had fun in the sandbox doing the unspeakable. Had a blast, pun intended.

You don't look too smoked to me. Nothing like a little excerise.... I love the "tactical"rubber band. As you say, watch your six. Send more pics!

What is the point?

<- my reply is lame - and not getting the point.

The point is ... well ... uh ... forget it.

Sideways... upside down. Anyone climbing a mountain has my respect.
